The FW-SMART water cooler has a built-in 3 stage filtration that includes a dual carbon filter system with a proprietary polyphosphate media that eliminates scale and any other undesirable contaminants that are present plus a state of the art recirculating UV system that kills any kind of bacteria or microorganism that may be present in the water source. This unit can also be setup with an external 4 stage Reverse Osmosis filtration system(available in 50 & 180 GPD) which can be located under a kitchen sink or inside a cabinet.
