FilterWater introduces a High Capacity Sediment Water Filter that's using industry standard 10 inch 10"x4.5" Water Filter Housing. Uses 5 micron Sediment Filter. Two types are available, a Big Blue, or see-through Clear Housing, and two types of 5 micron sediment filters - Standard Pleated (high capacity) , and dual gradient (for very high sediment content). Content: Water Filter Housing, cartridge, housing wrench, bracket and screws. The may is used for whole house and other high flow applications, or where heavy sediment is present in water. This housing provides 4 times the capacity of regular 10" housings. Pentek Blue / Black 10" Big Blue filter housing accommodates a variety of water filters between 4 1/2" and 4 7/8" in diameter. The filter housing made out of durable reinforced polypropylene, which is compatible with a variety of chemicals. #10BB housing. Two or more #10 Big Blue filter housings can be connected with a pipe nipple or a pipe union. Housing has a pressure relief button.
