System comes in a stainless steel housing for added visual appeal and a design that has no interanal plastic parts. The single cartridge is infused with the standard 6 stage(multi stage) filtration added with a bed of Fluoride Removal resin containing a mix of media, including Synthetic Aluminum Oxide adsorbent media specifically designed to have a high affinity for Fluoride, Lead and Arsenic. The added combination of Coconut Shell Carbon or Granulated Activated Carbon(GAC) and Eagle Redox Alloy media increases the systems' effectiveness in removing hundreds of other contaminants from your tap water. To prevent and rid your system of corrosiveness, quarterly cleaning should be done. This can be done using 9% white vinegar and warm water.
