InLine Fluoride Water filter for use in refrigerators with ice-maker and/or water through the door, water fountains, water coolers, commercial coffee makers and ice machines. Reduces fluoride below 0.5 ppm. Contains Activated Alumina. Cartridge is designed to perform at slow controlled flow rate.
Fluoride water filter contain fine-mesh pre-resin media (SIR-900, click here for specifications pdf) to the unit to reduce fluorides below 0.5 ppm. Capacity is up to 11,000 ppm with effluent levels below 0.2 ppm from 10 ppm feed. Note: high pH and high bicarbonate levels reduce capacity - above 100 ppm bicarbonate, reduction by 50%; above 200 ppm, reduction by 75%. Also effectively removes arsenic.
This system can come with either a fluoride removal cartridge (default configuration), or a 6-stage cartridge with a fluoride removal stage (same price, see cartridges below). Please provide a Note during checkout if you want a 6-stage cartridge.
