KX Matrikx +1 carbon filter # 01-250-125-975 is a high performance carbon filter for drinking water applications, removes Chemicals, Taste and Odor, and VOCs. Cartridge fits most standard 10"x2.5" filter housings. Also known in the industry as "The Chlorine Taste & Odor Guzzler".

 

The KX Matrikx +1 carbon filter part number 01-250-125-975 removes chlorine, taste and odor, and organic chemicals that contribute to bad taste and odor. Filter also provides a dirt holding capacity of a 0.6-micron sediment filter.

 

KX Matrikx +1 carbon filter works in both residential and commercial water applications, counter top, under sink and post-RO (post- Reverse Osmosis) filters, where exceptional water quality is needed. A 5-micron sediment pre-filter is recommended before this filter to extend its life.

 

KXMatrikx Industries 01-250-125-975 filters are also used in filtering organic solvents.

 

KX Matrikx +CTO/2 carbon filter is manufactured from high purity acid washed activated carbon. It is ideal for use in residential and commercial water purification systems, food service, and as pre- and post- filter in Reverse Osmosis systems.

The KX Matrix 01250125975 1 micron carbon filter fits other filter housings that take a standard size 10"x2.5" cartridge, such as will fit the Culligan, American Plumber, Aqua Pure, Pentek, Ametek, US Filter, and other brands of housings that require a standard 10" Filter Cartridge. Filter should be changed every 3 to 6 months.
