Whole House Water Filter

Single 10" replaceable cartridge Whole House water filter. 6-stage water filter provides great tasting water, and removes hundreds of contaminants from water. For city or well water.

6-stage whole house filter cartridge consists of 1 micron filter pad, KDF55, KDF85, Ion Exchange resin, GAC, and another 1-micron pad, that allows it to remove a LOT of contaminants from your drinking water.

 

Why to use 6-stage whole house filter?

 

1. Carbon is extremely porous and provides large surface area for contaminants to collect. Carbon-only filters must also use their capacity for chlorine removal, resulting in a shortened life. They also may use bituminous coal carbon, which is good for removing chlorine, but not as effective at removing chemicals. We use high-grade coconut shell carbon that is most effective at removing chemicals.

 

2. Tests on KDF/GAC cartridge have shown 99%+ chlorine removal past 20,000 gallons of water. In comparison, carbon cartridges of comparable volume drop below 90% effectiveness after only 4,000 gallons.
