Description
Large Manual Whole House Filter Steel connects to the main line of your home and filters all the incoming water to it. It requires a nearby power outlet and drain source (usually the washing machine drain). Ship complete and ready to be plumbed in.
Water travels through 5 stages of filtration:
- First stage, a 20" sediment filter cartridge that removes sediment, silt, sand and dirt. Also extends the life of water filters and prevents damage to control valves or pumps.
- Second, Third and Forth stages, a KDF-85.KDF-55 and GAC mineral tank which removes hundreds of contaminations.
- Fifth stagea 20" solid carbon cartridge for removing volatile organic carbon compounds (VOC's), insecticides, pesticides and industrial solvents.

Solid 316-Stainless Steel Tanks:heavy-duty, burst-prof construction for long time filled with high capacity filtration resins.
Riser style 1" internal flow distributor.
Requires only periodic backwash to keep unit in top condition
