10"x2.5" Iron Removal Cartridge is designed to provide easy and convenient way to remove iron from water. Compact design allows this cartidge to be used in any standard size water filtration system.
Iron removal water filter cartridge reduces iron, helps eliminate orange and brown stains in sinks, tubs and other plumbing features, and improves water taste. It also reduces possibility of damage to pipes and water heaters, and reduces up to 3 ppm of dissolved iron. This cartridge is safe to use as it adds no harmful chemicals to water.

Where Can I use Iron Removal Filter?
Iron Removal filter can be used in under counter or countertop water filters. It will work well for both municipal and well water.
This cartridge is NOT designed to work in Whole House Water Filtration Systems with large iron content, such as well water systems. It is designed to turn dissolved iron into non-dissolved, then iron will get oxygenated and turn into rust, which will clog the cartridge. If you have a higher than normal iron content and want a whole house solution, you must use a backwashing iron removal system. |
